• State-specific permits (Kentucky KYU, New York HUT, Oregon Weight-Distance, New Mexico, etc.)
• Driver hiring, onboarding, and qualification file management
• Drug and alcohol testing consortium services
• DOT compliance services (UCR, MCS-150 updates, 2290 HVUT filing)
• Background checks and employment verification
• FMCSA Clearinghouse Third-Party Administrator services
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
• CSA and safety monitoring
• Audit risk assessment and safety audit preparation
• Online portal access for document management and compliance tracking

Service Performance and Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely compliance services, the regulatory environment is complex and subject to change. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all filings will be error-free. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information
• You must verify all filings for accuracy upon completion
• You remain ultimately responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• You must notify us immediately of any errors or issues with our services

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your business information or compliance status
• Review all filings and documents for accuracy within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our fee schedule
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Refrain from copying, reproducing, or reselling our services without authorization

Fees and Payment

Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to any service. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you request. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of service or as otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to require payment in advance for certain services
• Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
• We may suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances

Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
